Supplementation
Creatine is possibly the most used muscle building and recovery supplement. It has lasted the course and been around for over 15 years now. And for good reason- it works!
But don't expect miracles. At most you will gain a couple of pounds of muscle, and few reps to your exercises. It will how ever enable you to train harder and longer thus eliciting more potential gains.
Forget about all the fancy variations like EE, just buy the creatine monohydrate version, it cheaper and it'll work just as well.
For best results I have foud that mixing 3-5 gramms pre workout into a pint of warm water will enable complete absorbtion. Take a couple of gramms post workout too and you can't go wrong.
Forget about the loading phase, that's just a scam to make you get through it faster, hence buying more. Just take 3-5 gramms a day and you muscles will load up nicely with it.
Mixing with sodium bicarbonate will give amazing pumps, just a tablespoon full of this will be enough, it doesn't taste nice, take an extra pint of water and you will have the workout of your life!
